Organizational portal for the Yachdav Association (a large association in southern Israel) that operates over 40 programs in the field of welfare and other essential services. The portal will assist the organization’s managers in effective communication with the 900 employees and over 500 volunteers.

The Challenge

The Yachdav Association operates in the south of Israel. With numerous independent branches/units operating almost autonomously, and a small headquarters team, their control over a large number of employees (900) is intricate, involving both conveying management messages and approving field events.
