The challenge
The Yad Tamar organization accompanies cancer patients and their families and any family that experiences a crisis or challenging event. The organization has many volunteers who listen, support, give suggestions and ideas for improvement and give tools to deal with a crisis in the most efficient and best way.
In light of the war, Yad Tamar supports and assists in many cases and manages a larger set of volunteers. The need arose for the development of a portal that allows an orderly concentration of the funeral work of the volunteers and will be connected to the existing systems in the organization.
The solution
A platform for managing volunteers to help families on the front line who are experiencing an illness or crisis (bereavement, injury, cancer, financial, emotional and functional difficulties).
